    The Role

    Entegris is seeking a Technical Product Manager to take a leadership role in managing our rapidly growing Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) product portfolio.  As the commercial lead for new products, which are developed through our new product introduction process, you will work with customers, partners and cross-functional teams.  You will also be responsible for helping to create a vision for ADM New Product Development we well as provide execution on key program initiatives.  This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing and is located in Burnet, TX.

    In this role you will

    • Work with the Entegris sales team to create, prioritize and execute New Product Development strategy based on key customer needs;
    • Own and execute on ADM’s sampling program in Burnet, TX;
    • Use of technical background to create “should be” cost models for new materials and develop cost of ownership models along with Engineering R&D team;
    • Collaborate with scientists on internal Engineering R&D programs and manage key OEM/IDM development activities;
    • Define and execute product strategy including product roadmaps;
    • Manage phase gate process of new products from concept & feasibility through pilot release, meeting time to market, revenue and profitability targets;
    • Provide customer/partner support for new products;
    • Proactively engage customers on new product promotion;
    • Create product strategies based on field intelligence through mutual interaction with Technical Field Service support team;
    • Work with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering to resolve customer and partner issues;
    • Work with factory and supply chain personnel to ensure timely order execution, fixing short-term issues preventing shipments while identifying long-term improvements to business processes for new product introduction.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Advanced technical degree in chemistry, materials science or similar experience;
    • Five to ten years of experience in either semiconductor fab process engineering, equipment engineering or similar R&D role; and/or five to ten years of experience in R&D with semiconductor chemicals, preferably for ALD or CVD;
    • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus;
    • DFFS and/or Six Sigma experience is a plus.
