    The Role

    Entegris is seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of Director, Global Sales & Operations Planning IBP Integration.  The position will be based in Billerica, Massachusetts.

    This role contributes to Entegris’ success by leading the execution and delivery of major, enterprise-wide Global S&OP IBP integration initiatives interfacing with cross functional and regional teams in the program management of new business processes, functionality, and strategy and acquisition integration.  Consult with business and functional areas to ensure consistent methodologies and approaches are leveraged. Leads program deployment including program management, software readiness per business expectations, change management, training preparation, communications, and value realization.  Accountable for successful implementation and sustaining, and enhancing the IBP planning software and processes. 

     

    In this role you will

    • Responsible for effectiveness in Entegris’ Global S&OP process using IBP for forecasting, demand planning, safety stock planning and rough-cut capacity planning across functional, divisional and regional leads;
    • Working with Process and Business partners, develop a strategic roadmap of enhancements;
    • Lead initiatives / implementations for S&OP IBP tool enhancements to usability and process to drive inventory reduction and service level improvements by reducing forecast error in the statistical forecast and the consensus demand plan;
    • Continuously evaluate new IBP functionality releases that could benefit Entegris for incorporation into the enhancement roadmap;
    • Develop and manage the process of integrating acquisitions into the IBP tool. Coordinate with Entegris acquisition implementation teams on timing and resource availability;
    • Provide S&OP IBP project management leadership and coordination of IT, Process leaders, and divisional S&OP teams in project and change management for the integration of newly developed business functionality;
    • Develop SAP / IBP technical Bench strength in the divisional teams, corporate teams and regional support teams;
    • Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group. Manage execution, and measure results. Integrate IBP S&OP initiatives into the established Project Management processes within other functional areas;
    • Ensure clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program / project goals;
    • Prepare the organization for functionality deployment and ensure all business, organization and systems readiness activities are completed on time;
    • Identify risks and issues impacting successful deployment and works with program team to develop resolution;
    • Identify and articulates business requirements, and prioritizes requirements for scope definition;
    • Support the interfaces between IBP and BPC operations with FP&A and S&OP teams;
    • Support / Lead the development of Data Analysis, establish ownership.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred;
    • Experience managing SAP IBP Sales and Operations (S&OP) planning process is required;
    • Experience in Managing Sales & Operations Planning and Supply Chain Management in a large, multi-location, multi-business unit environment is required;
    • Experience managing sales and operations planning in a global environment is preferred;
    • Technical skillset to understand and explain in depth how Entegris S&OP process works;
    • Experience with SAP ECC6 and related support systems preferred;
    • Progressive experience in business process design and leading multiple large program or project implementations within a large, global company;
    • Experience budgeting, planning and managing large projects and programs;
    • Business system and process development;
    • Working across organizational boundaries at all levels, including executive positions;
    • Manage large teams both reporting direct or indirect;
    • Change leadership with ability to influence other functions, regions, and cultures to drive behavioral change;
    • Proven track record of leading large and complex, successful programs or projects;
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing with all levels of management and stakeholders;
    • Ability to deal effectively with conflicts using negotiation skills;
    • Ability to lead and mentor team members;
    • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities;
    • Ability to function effectively in a dynamic environment with the flexibility to change course as required to respond to new situations;
    • Ability to understand and balance the triple constraints of budget, scope and schedule as appropriate to meet program goals and to effectively communicate the implications of these constraints to both business and program leadership and teams;
    • Travel up to 25%.

    Your success will be measured by

    • Consult and work with business divisional leaders and functional areas to ensure the S&OP business processes support the businesses and functions;
    • Work collaboratively with global teams to evaluate gaps in functionality and or processes and to gather requirements of users;
    • Present recommendations to both technical and business teams. Exercise influence and change management skills to create buy in to a strong central S&OP function.
