    The Role

    The Talent Management & Development Specialist will partner with the HR function to execute Entegris’ Talent Management strategy. This includes but is not limited to the development and implementation of talent strategies, annual business processes and creation and launch of new programs.

     

    This role is based at our Billerica, MA facility.

    In this role you will

    • Partner with Field Human Resources to lead annual performance management processes. This will include working with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, communication of timeline and working with HR Business Partners to ensure meaningful discussions are taking place;
    • In partnership with Global Operations team, lead the development of a comprehensive Operations Training Curriculum. This would include onboarding of new people across all function as well as continuing education for our experienced workforce;
    • Lead the implementation and roll out of new online learning portal. Includes development of curriculum paths by job function and/or leadership level, tracking of online usage, communication to management and employee populations to drive adoption and usage;
    • Manage the process of identifying employee development needs in critical functions such as Commercial and Engineering/R&D. Prioritize needs across functions and develop business case to gain approval to meet business demands;
    • Partner with TMD department to keep intranet page up to date;
    • Develop a strategy to implement regular ‘soft skill’ trainings around the globe. This would include reviewing vendors, developing curriculum tracks and ensuring proper marketing of the trainings;
    • Review current leadership focused training programs for effectiveness, recommend and implement improvements;
    • Partner with TMD team and field HR to develop regional training plans that are aligned with the overall corporate strategy;
    • Work on additional projects across global HR as assigned.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related discipline required;
    • 4+ years of Human Resources experience;
    • Excellent computer skills – strong MS Excel competency required;
    • Proactive, organized and disciplined in approach to complicated tasks;
    • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Strong ability to work independently and as a team player;
    • Demonstrated understanding and application of HR best practices;
    • Handle confidential information with the highest degree of professionalism;
    • Global experience a plus;
    • Experience managing medium sized projects across a complex organization highly desired.
