    The Role

    The Master Electrician is responsible for coordinating and performing comprehensive maintenance and continuous improvement of assigned facility systems, following established procedures for the execution of facilities and project work. The Danbury location has multiple facility systems that are essential to its operation such as HVAC, process heating and cooling, water treatment, toxic gas monitoring, exhaust air treatment, fire safety, site security, and utility gas and power distribution.

    In this role you will

    • Ensure safety, compliance, quality, and cost efficiency with execution of all associated work.
    • Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure root-cause is identified and addressed.
    • Improve reliability through implementation of established best practices in maintenance.
    • Process requested maintenance work orders with sense of customer service and quick response.
    • Support development of standard procedures and facilities engineering documentation.
    • Serve as key resource and team member across the global facilities organization.
    • Follow program guidelines for managing suppliers and contractors working on-site.
    • Respond to emergency calls as needed.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of production and facilities equipment.
    • Utilization of proactive maintenance programs (reliability, preventive, autonomous).
    • Troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment (root cause analysis) and control systems.
    • Familiarity with applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and ISO regulations.
    • Utilization of technical drawings (electrical, control logic, piping). AutoCAD capabilities a plus.
    • Connecticut E-1 Electrical License desired.
    • Experience with SAP PM desired.
