    The Role

    Entegris is seeking a talented Senior SEC Financial Analyst who will support the preparation of SEC filings, SEC compliance and US GAAP reporting activities, as well as participate in annual audit and quarterly reviews.  The Analyst is responsible for completion of assigned accounting tasks, preparation of action position memos, and adherence to applicable SOX requirements.  This role is based in Chaska, MN, where our corporate finance/accounting organization resides.

    In this role you will

    External Reporting

    • Participates in the preparation of the Company’s consolidated financial statements, footnotes and related items included in the Company’s 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings;
    • Completes specific accruals, account reconciliations and other general accounting work;
    • Assists in managing the annual audit and quarterly review activities, including the preparation or review of all required financial statements and disclosures;
    • Prepares or reviews various quarterly and annual reports, and internal and external presentations;
    • Assists in the Company’s Disclosure Committee, and Audit & Finance Committee activities;
    • Assists in the writing of US GAAP position memos and other SEC/SOX audit documentation;
    • Completes XBRL tagging of financial statements and footnotes associated with SEC filings;

    Research and Compliance

    • Researches and monitors global compliance with SEC and GAAP reporting requirements;
    • Reviews, comprehends and communicates recently issued accounting standards to ensure appropriate adoption by the Company;
    • Participates as needed in documentation and testing associated with SOX compliance activities;
    • Serves as a technical resource to domestic and international entities to ensure compliance with SEC and US GAAP reporting requirements;

     Project Management

    • Maintains a highly effective and professional level of communication with other departments (Investor Relations, Legal, etc.) and all levels of management to ensure communication of the most timely and accurate information;
    • Participates in special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, legal and tax organizational activities, etc.;

    Support for overall organizational goals

    • Completes additional miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization;
    • Participates in Entegris' continuous quality improvement process and dedication to customer satisfaction.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    • CPA License/Certification;
    • 5+ years of experience in a combination of Public Accounting and Public Company experience with Audit and preparation of financial statements and required disclosures. Completion of Continuing Professional Education focused on SEC reporting and US GAAP compliance;
    • Broad technical knowledge of and experience with SEC reporting;
    • Research and analysis skills;
    • Written communications expertise (10-Q, 10-K, memos, etc.);
    • Demonstrated Leadership and Project Management skills;
    • Demonstrated initiative; inquisitiveness and tenacity;
    • Interpersonal skills interacting with all levels management, auditors, etc.
