    The Role

    • The Global Outsourcing Solutions is a fast-evolving group in responsible for strategy and delivery of outsourced products for Entegris globally. This Strategic Sourcing Operations Manager is a key position to drive the supplier enabling and engagement, as well as overall group operational performance of outsource suppliers and contract manufacturers to meet business expectation.

    In this role you will

    • Responsible to manage and drive performance metrics and KPIs improvement across all outsource suppliers, to safe guard GOS operational performance in meeting targets.
    • Articulate overall organization goals and ensure team ownership and understanding in delivering to operational expectations.
    • Drive new products and suppliers in contract manufacturing engagement evaluation to ensure the success of long term deliverables and performance.
    • Work closely with product managers to translate business objectives, scope of work/services into supplier deliverables, remove roadblocks to achieve business targets.
    • Manage designated outsource suppliers, be accountable and point of contact within Entegris in suppliers’ deliverable performance, as the direct responsible individual.
    • Effectively interface with outsourced suppliers to negotiate on commercial terms, with strong understanding in business strategies to meet Entegris business expectation while establishing long term partnership.
    • Collaborate with supplier quality management team, commodity managers, manufacturing technologies, with strong data analysis skills to proactively identify and resolve supply issues effectively without impacting deliverables to customers.
    • Develop in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, cost, supply chain and strong business sense in making strategic and tactical decisions.
    • Drive and improve outsourcing management process efficiency.
    • Assess and mitigate risks to ensure solid business continuity plan.
    • Apply market intelligence, sourcing strategies to influence outsourcing decisions.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing operations, project/program management, or contract manufacturers management.
    • Knowledge in semiconductor, chemical, gas or filtration industries.
    • Bachelor or master degree in engineering or business management
    • Strong track record of productive work relationship in navigating through resistance and problem.
    • Excellence excel and data analytical skills in order to make data based decisions and assertive actions.
    • Experience in evaluating, engaging and qualifying contract manufactures.
    • Experience in commercial negotiation, costing, suppliers and vendors management.
    • Able to develop and maintain relationship within internal cross-functional teams across geographic, as well as suppliers' teams and management.
    • Excellent reporting and presentation skills to senior management.

    • Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability behaviors in driving and coordinating all functional teams to resolve suppliers’ deliverable issues, especially those directly impacting customers.
    • Long term business success in supplier engagement and evaluation projects, with comprehensive business plan coverage, including but not limited to cost, risk management, strategic proposition and business continuity plan.
    • Effective communications with internal and external stakeholders in delivering expectations and clear visibility on contract manufacturers performance.
    • Maintained strategic partnership relation with suppliers in safe guarding Entegris business interest and supplier success.
