    The Role

    Entegris is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to provide key financial and decision support in the AMH Division. You will work closely with the Division & Business Unit leaders, Global R&D and Product Management/Marketing teams to help establish and achieve financial plans and goals, playing a highly visible role within the global organization.


    This position serves as the financial partner working closely with AMH Division business partners.  This role requires an understanding of key aspects of the division’s business, including product pricing, product cost, product development and supply chain operations. This position has frequent communications with individuals in the AMH Division, Division & Corporate Finance and other functions in locations worldwide. This position reports to the AMH Division Finance Manager.

    In this role you will

    Business Support

    • Provides and presents reporting and analysis of trends in sales and bookings, margin, spending and other business metrics compared to expectations; recommends corrective actions and areas of focus
    • Performs analysis on capital investments and new product development projects to insure alignment with strategic and financial goals; performs financial analysis of completed projects to insure they meet original expectations
    • Collaborates with business leaders on new business opportunities
    • Provides analysis related to pricing, cost and margin
    • Actively participates on leadership team
    • Educates personnel on financial concepts and accounting principles

    Reporting, Analysis and Systems

    • Works with cross functional, global personnel to complete key reporting and analysis duties related to income statements, corporate allocations, and other financial metrics
    • Analyzes effect of changes in business conditions, such as product pricing and sales mix, and communicates impact on past and future profitability
    • Provides reporting and analysis related to R&D project spending; insures that project tracking is done consistently
    • Develops and demonstrates a high skill level in the use of financial systems
    • Insures that the structure of business unit & division reporting, analysis and financial-related processes align with company processes and procedure
    • Collaborates with others to enhance & develop company financial reports and systems

    Planning and Forecasting

    • Leads business unit quarterly forecast, annual operating plan and long range strategic plan processes, and insures financial projections meet targets;
    • Provides historical data and trend analyses to aid in the planning and forecasting processes
    • Assists in preparing and inputting budgets and forecasts
    • Compares financial projections to guidelines and recommends changes as appropriate
    • Assists with the global execution of Entegris’ planning cycles and in meeting the pre-defined process and system goals


    • Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Experience in a Financial Analyst or Accounting role in a manufacturing environment
    • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and internal control concepts
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic global environment
    • Confidence to communicate opinions to, and influence decisions of, diverse business partners in various geographies
    • Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude
    • Proficient, to advanced, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Strong communication (written and oral) skills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners
    • Competence in dealing with confidential data and information
