    The Role

    The Shipper/Receiver position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through a combination or selection of activities below including receiving and dispatching, transferring and storing, picking activities, packaging and palletizing goods, and other related duties as assigned. 

    In this role you will

    • Processes delivery due list, allocates and prepares materials for shipment. Reviews shipping documents, matches parts and packing slips, prepares summary packing list.
    • Processes small package and freight shipments both domestic and international using shipping terminals and company ERP system. Stages to correct shipping line, packages orders consistent with Entegris or customer specifications (i.e. palletize, shrink-wrap, custom label, special packaging) and applies shipping labels, barcode labels, and commerce forms. Stages shipments for pickup by carriers.
    • Trains in export compliance. Obtains AES numbers, adheres to international shipping requirements including SOLAS and MK Denial review.
    • Works with multiple departments including (but not limited to) Customer Service, Transportation, Compliance, Requestors and Carriers to successfully complete daily shipping requirements for plant.
    • Execute proper dock management maintaining safe and productive work environment.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • 4-6 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping and/or receiving
    • SAP or other ERP system experience; Microsoft Office experience
    • Experience working with distribution centers and freight carriers
    • Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize demands
    • Ability to operate mechanical warehouse equipment in a safe manner
