The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance and repair of equipment within the manufacturing facility including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting.
High School Diploma and 7 years maintenance experience. Ability to operate forklift truck. Ability to read and understand maintenance instructions and prints, perform math computations and computer data entry. Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift. Works in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to wire and/or troubleshoot control panels and electrical circuits using schematics
• Ability to plumb and or troubleshoot pneumatic/hydraulic circuits using schematics
• Requires high degree of mechanical aptitude and creative problem solving
• Requires self-motivation and self-direction
• Troubleshoots complex problems
• Injection/Blow Molding Machine Maintenance experience
• Experience/coursework in electrical or electronics
