    The Role

    Entegris is seeking a Sr. Electrical Design Engineer to join a dynamic team within the Liquid Packaging and Dispense organization supporting Dispense, Sensing and Concentration technologies used in high purity liquid chemical processes for semiconductor manufacturing. 


    This is a key leadership position responsible for supporting legacy products as well as leading new product development efforts.

    In this role you will

    • Work cross functionally throughout the organization and serve as the subject matter expert in electronic development and regulatory compliance (RoHS, EMC, Safety, Hazardous Location)
    • Utilize cutting edge technologies such as brushless DC motor and stepper motor control, serial digital communication and microprocessor based systems
    • Direct technical discussions and analysis of technical evidence
    • Drive new or modified product to market
    • Exhibit sound judgement and decision making based on schedule and cost impact

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science
    • 8+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering
    • Ability to proficiently use fundamental electrical engineering lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, data-acquisition units and PC-based software tools
    • Knowledge of Control System Theory is a plus
    • Excellent fundamental computer skills are required. PC maintenance and basic MS-Windows software experience (MSWord, Excel, Visio, and Access)
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills along with efficient project management skills
    • Ability to work effectively & respectfully in a team-based & multi-national global engineering environment
    • Willingness and ability to be self-motivated and work well in a fast-paced design environment
