    The Role

    Entegris is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Product Management role in the Wet Cleans Business Unit within Entegris’ Micro-Contamination Control division. This segment develops technologies that support development of the most advanced semiconductor applications in the world.


    This role has ownership of a sub-segment of the business and drives the overall direction for that area, working closely with the segment leader.  This role drives product revenue and profitability by assessing and understanding customer needs, developing business cases, providing customer perspective to internal development and operations teams, developing and aligning product roadmap, and executing new product launches.

    In this role you will

    • Able to engage and drive a diverse team of people including highly technical scientists and engineers, sales, quality, and operations personnel
    • Distill and communicate concepts to a wide audience
    • A commitment to be an evangelist for your products, services and messages
    • Self-motivated and directed – ability to work under limited supervision
    • Experience in the semiconductor or liquid filtration industries is preferred but not required
    • Excellent communication skills: written, presentation and oral
    • Strong time and priority management - ability to identify and focus on critical issues
    • Proactive with a sense of urgency – identifies and addresses problems

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline such engineering, chemistry, biology, or material sciences. MS in related discipline or MBA preferred
    • Ability to work and communicate across geographies and multiple cultural environment
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
    • Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work on problems that are complex and global in nature where independent judgment and a high degree of initiative is required for resolving problems and making recommendations.
    • Must be a team player with a positive and can do attitude
