    The Role

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Human Resources Generalist to implement and oversee a variety of human resource programs. The HR team will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as on boarding of new employees, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

    This role is based at our Decatur, TX facility.

    In this role you will

    • Support employees with compensation, benefit and all other related HR questions;
    • Assist talent acquisition with Entegris staffing processes;
    • Conduct employee onboarding and provide guidance with training & development recommendations;
    • Promote Human Resource programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
    • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies;
    • Undertake tasks in performance management;
    • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics;
    • Maintain employee files and records in electronic form.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related degree; advanced degree in human resources preferred;
    • Proven experience in Human Resources and project management experience preferred.
