    The Role

    Customer Service is an integral part of our sales organization and plays an important role in achieving Entegris’ strategic goals. We are currently seeking a team leader for our customer service team in Israel. You will ensure the smooth processing of the day-to day business and assume responsibility for a defined customer group in close cooperation with the account managers. The teamleader guides and supports the team members within their fields of activity and serves as the interface with other organizational groups of Entegris.

    In this role you will

    • Work in an international environment, interact closely with your peers in France and Germany, the customer service manager and other parts of the Entegris organization, such as the finance and logistics departments.
    • Supervise the 2 local customer service representatives, support them in their day-to-day business and enable them to provide the highest quality level to colleagues and customers.
    • Ensure a good team spirit and take care of all team-related matters.
    • Be responsible for the implementation and adoption of global processes and the support of strategic initiatives in Israel.
    • Handle all order and quotation processing in SAP for the customers you are in charge of.

    • Strong team-oriented work attitude and the desire to strive for continuous improvement.
    • Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.
    • Several years of experience in a customer service or in-house sales position.
    • Fluency in English and profound knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office software.
