    The Role

     

    Entegris is seeking a OEM-J Sales Manager for Japan location. This role is responsible for leading the effort to build and maintain strategic relationship with key customers as well as to lead the team of highly skilled account sales to grow Entegris’s technology in Semiconductor industries and other related industries. This includes developing the pipeline of the commercial activities as well as solving our customer’s most challenging problems. This position will be based in the ENTEGRIS Japan.

    In this role you will

    • Own and maintain professional and personal relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers at the strategic accounts;
    • Foster high-level relationships as opportunities arise, and involve ENTEGRIS senior management in key phases of the sales process;
    • Define commercial goals and objectives, develop market intelligence and drive sales plan through meticulous prospecting and closing of new business opportunities;
    • Develop and maintain active pipeline of business opportunities in accordance with defined commercial objectives;
    • Manage resolution of problems that occur at the customers by working with wide variety of functional groups including Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, and R&D to ensure a solution is delivered;
    • Discover customer needs and input customer voice into new product development and CIP activities through collaboration with ENTEGRIS functional groups;

     

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Sales or Marketing experience in the Semiconductor Field;
    • Excellent written and oral communications in English;
    • Customer Market Knowledge;
    • Application and Technical Knowledge.
