    The Role

    Entegris is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for Wet Chemical process located at JangAn factory.

    In this role you will

    • Prioritize and resolve technical issues within manufacturing, to in include support of our contract manufacturers;
    • Work closely with Customers, to identify and resolve technical challenges with our services and products.
    • Work with R&D and Process Engineers to transfer new products into high volume manufacturing as well as provide product sustaining support to existing products;
    • Ensure that manufacturing (internal operations and contract manufactures) are ready to launch new products in accordance with Marketing requirements;
    • Utilize continuous improvement tools and techniques (DOE, process mapping Kaizen);
    • Work in cross-functional teams and/or independently to solve technical problems related to manufacturing cycle time, cost, quality, and product yield;
    • Provide training and coaching at all levels of the organization;
    • Lead projects through completion with the highest regard for project management tools;
    • Coordinate ideas and involvement of team members into a cohesive/collaborated project;
    • Develop key operating performance criteria and SPC controls for manufacturing processes;
    • Write standard operating procedures, work instructions and safety reviews;
    • Develop capital justifications for equipment and technology that either improves or aids in the growth of the business.
    • provide technical assistance to customers and contract manufactures.
    • support the introduction of new products through the engineering development of key processes.
    • sustain current manufacturing engineering requirements.
    • identify, develop and implement process enhancements to improve quality, cost, cycle time.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • This individual will work closely with our product development teams in a teach/lead environment to ensure efficient integration of product requirements to process specifications.
    • The ideal candidate is a proven Manufacturing Engineering professional who is energized by fast-paced, high profile projects and possesses both hands-on skills and process development capabilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering etc.
    • Lean/Black Belt certification preferred;
    • 5+ years in a process engineering design setting;
    • Experience with working in an ERP (Oracle or SAP) /ISO environment;
    • Experience handling toxic materials
