    The Role

    Entegris is seeking an Account Manager for engineering companies (Companies supply Bulk Chemical Delivery System, Gas Cabinet, VMB to the semiconductor Fab) in Shanghai/Jiang Su areas. The role is responsible for delivering sales revenue target, collecting new Fabs project & competitive information and promoting Entegris Technology & Products (Filtration & Fluid Handling solution).

    In this role you will

    • Understand and foresee key engineering companies’ business , drive internal teams to provide solutions, establish technical edge and market competitiveness for attaining and maintaining critical preferred supplier position, maximize revenue, profit and market share.
    • Understand corporate business division and sales and marketing operation goals, develop and execute account strategy plans to achieve sales objectives.
    • Maximize win at facility related business of China new fabs project through effective key account management including set up inventory to support new fab project needs, conduct TRM to train customers on Entegris’s leading edge product solutions/technologies and provide accurate forecast to BU for on time delivery. 
    • Support key account team to win new fabs project nomination at facility related business of Semiconductor fabs.
    • Drive effective pricing strategy and manage contract and price negotiations process at key engineering companies focuses on enlarge or develop market share average in accordance with total profit strategy.
    • Manage, develop & train sales channel partner to grow business at second & third tier customers
    • Effectively utilize the support of Division Technologist and Field Applications Engineers for pre and after-sale activities.   
    • Actively participate new fabs project conference call and update facility related business of all new fabs project
    • Work with customers and global team and Entegris BU to ensure company Product Obsolescence or PCN to be implemented.
    • Establish customer intimacy with all resources to promote partnerships, and ensure Entegris is supporting customer’s short and long term business strategy. 
    • Develop and maintain senior level connections and relationships new opportunities and application business.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Proven communication, planning and interpersonal skills and ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, governmental regulations. 
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to generate detailed technical sales, marketing reports, and spreadsheets. Writing sales reports, business update presentation, and primary product introduction.  
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
    • Since this role is a liaison between customers, BU and other internal supporting teams, good written and oral communication in English skills are essential.
    • Ideal candidate is an independent, assertive self-starter with good people skills, who has 5+ years experiences in semiconductor sales or marketing position. 
    • Key/Critical account management experience in the engineering companies of semi-conductor industry is strongly desired
    • Rich Experience of Business growth and development during a sales career period
    • A BS or above degree in chemistry discipline with 5-10 years key/critical account management of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred, or a relevant combination of experience and education.
