    The Role

    We are seeking a dynamic SPC Quality System Administrator for our Chaska, MN facility. The CamLine team is responsible for maintaining the function and administrating changes to the Entegris Supplier Quality, SPC and customer quality systems. The SPC Administrator for CamLine quality systems is responsible for implementing and administering a statistical process control applications program. The scope of the program is to apply SPC software from incoming materials through all steps in production to final product and includes all measurements and Certificates of Analysis.

    In this role you will

    • Work closely with the technical staff and/or outside resources to determine technical solutions and/or applications to meet the identified requirements; 
    • Support users to solve software issues such as missing data or incorrect data in SPC database, Suppliers COA upload failures, Customer CofA generation failures, CofA template changes, etc.;
    • Ensure instruments and machines are communicating with software and data is available in SPC database;
    • Work closely with users on the appropriateness of the process control charts and evaluate the maturity of the charts and drive towards higher maturity level on a periodical basis. Example: assist/advise in setting up charts, make changes or update charts properties;
    • Support software and hardware new installation or upgrades. Example: rolling out new camLine versions or replace camLine server;
    • Perform integration and testing for Input CofA from suppliers and output CofA to Customers;
    • Maintain and updates documents related to SPC system software;
    • Educate users of the software tools. Conduct training for camLine softwares/applications.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Engineering Degree with at least 2 years of experience as a manufacturing or Quality engineer in a high tech manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge on equipment/software integration or SPC system integration or camLine software or OPC servers are preferred;
    • Have process control knowledge like using SPC for process or product monitoring for process or metrology tools will be an advantaged.
    • Flexibility and calm under pressure, and a creative approach to solving problems;
    • A self-starter, able to work independently and have good time management.
    • Communication skills.
