    The Role

    We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual whose knowledge and leadership skills will help us take our Planning team to the next level.  The ideal candidate will have an eye for continuous improvement opportunities and a knack for influencing others toward a course of action.  You will thrive in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment as you work hand-in-hand with the Operations team and Master Scheduler to ensure supply strategies are aligned with business goals and objectives.  Come make a difference as you play a key role to help us achieve Operational Excellence!

    In this role you will

    • Plan and execute production for product and/or product family;
    • Work with supply planning team to analyze and address supply control/constraints;
    • Partner with logistics team to ensure successful delivery to domestic and international end customers;
    • Partner with quality team to proactively mitigate excursions and drive resolutions to improve results;
    • Maintain appropriate ERP planning parameters for assigned items;
    • Ensure MRP is delivering to the achieve identified metrics;
    • Work collaboratively to ensure raw material supply and finished goods availability from factory;
    • Serve as lead to identify and execute initiatives to improve overall planning performance.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Bachelor’s Degree or APICS certification or a combination of education and experience;
    • Demonstrated ability to utilize ERP system (preferably SAP);
    • Expertise in utilizing Excel for pulling down data and manipulating for data analysis;
    • 7+ years of experience in planning, procurement, purchasing, supply chain or related field;
    • Demonstrated analytical and financial problem solving skills;
    • Knowledge of KBM and Six Sigma problem solving methodologies;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Demonstrated ability to influence team members to improve processes and successfully implement process improvements for an organization;
    • Desire to grow personally and professionally, always looking for opportunities to be better.
