    The Role

    Entegris, Inc. is a global developer, manufacturer, and supplier of products and materials used in processing and manufacturing in the semiconductor and other high-technology industries is seeking for Supply Chain Specialist candidate focus on supply chain/inventory management and responsible for key supply chain related metrics (Inventory Turn, E&O), inventory strategy with forward-looking projection and support BU S&OP supply review process. Strong analytical/ decision-making skills are required.

    In this role you will

    • Inventory Management: Develop inventory strategy and inventory projection model to support BU revenue and to meet Division/BU day of inventory goal. Monitor inventory trend and provide inventory suggestion and update to BU flywheel partners.
    • S&OP: Support Division/BU S&OP monthly review process. Serve as BU Inventory planner in S&OP inventory optimization process. Decide products inventory strategy- BTS (Build to Stock), ATO (Assemble to Order) and BTO (Build to Order) by considering whole supply chain network. Support and facilitate the supply review process and generate the constrained supply plan as a response to the demand plan consistent with financial goals and supply capabilities. A key member for the pre-S&OP meeting to make demand/supply balancing recommendations and “what-if” scenario analysis.
    • Excess & Obsolete: Monthly E&O review with operation and BU updating the new E&O status with key objectives to reduce and eliminate BU E&O.
    • Business Continuity Plan: Support BU for defining potential risk through the supply chain and implement the plan/procedure to mitigate the risk.
    • Material Allocation: During supply constrained, work with product management team, operation team for key material allocation decision and provide supply status update to key customer or project if necessary.
    • Supply Chain-Related Project Initiatives: Support project-based supply chain initiatives like Product Transfer (site to site), Outsourcing, M&A, and Product/Material lead time reduction.
    • Identify, test and recommend opportunities to improve inventory healthiness without being the constraint on BU revenue.
    • Understanding of the broader organization, and how this role fits into the strategic plan and overall direction.
    • Orchestrate and prioritize multiple activities at once to accomplish Company goals.
    • Take the initiative to look for and take advantage of opportunities and take independent actions and calculated risks.
    • Demonstrate the ability to drive and report metrics.
    • Motivated and self-directed team player with good interpersonal skills.
    • Must have the ability to reach out, communicate and influence personnel at all levels within the organization.
    • Perform administrative functions such as writing monthly status reports, expenditures and other documentation.
    • Some travel (domestic & international) should be expected.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Understanding of various SAP modules (PP, MM). Integrating the data from different data sources. Developing a qualitative and quantitative framework to analyze the inventory/supply chain situation and making the suggestion to support business requirement.  Identification skills, Data handling skills, Analytical skills and Decision-making skills   
    • Routinely works on complex supply/demand balancing issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and valuation criteria for obtaining results.
    • Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing Systems (e.g. Lean Inventory management, Kanban/JIT systems, and Value Stream Mapping).
    • Ability to lead teams and implement projects through continuous improvement initiatives, such as global supply chain network optimization, lead time reduction plan.
    • Minimally a Bachelor degree (or equivalent).
    • Minimal 3-5 years’ experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, data analyst related position.  
    • Strong SAP or other equivalent ERP (Oracle, PeopleSoft) system experience.- PP (Production Planning) and MM (Material Management) modules.
    • Advanced Excel skills; modeling, pivot tables, v-lookup, macros
    • Strong Analytical Skill in Inventory Management.
    • Previous S&OP experience is preferred.
