Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chaska. We're looking for a precision-oriented professional with highly developed leadership qualities and the ability to work efficiently and within budget. The successful candidate's primary function and role will deal with the conception, design and development of materials. He or she will serve as liaison between our operations and manufacturing team and the engineering department. We're looking for someone who enjoys contributing to an innovative, forward-thinking team and who can always keep the end user in mind.
The Manufacturing Engineer will join the Chaska team and be expected to support production operations and SPC efforts across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, the ability to work across cultures and functions, strong attention to detail and an aptitude for analyzing and improving engineering and manufacturing processes.
