    The Role

    Senior Product Engineer will design, develop and support new liquid filtration products that support long term growth for the business

    In this role you will

    • Drive product development that meets performance requirements under budget and on-time
    • Work with marketing to define new product ideas and design concepts
    • Lead projects through staged gate process to meet marketing, technical, quality, manufacturable requirements
    • Develop, characterize, and validate new produce performance for flow, pressure, temperature specifications using empirical and CFD, FEA simulations.
    • Design equipment and fixtures needs for assemble, process and test product performance
    • Work across multi-disciplined teams to help drive consensus for product performance and manufacturing readiness capabilities
    • Mentor /coach junior engineering team members

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Excellent problem solving and novel design capabilities
    • Strong Project leadership experience and ability to make action plans and recommendations and communicate across the organization
    • Mechanical Engineering, product design and plastics/polymer molding and bonding experience required (10+ years experience; BS, MS degrees preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of Solidworks, CAD, device fabrication and assembly, statistics, SPC and Six Sigma methodologies
    • Knowledge of filtration and semiconductor processes a plus
    • Experience working in cleanrooms, facilities and customer equipment is beneficial
