    The Role

    • Manage all quality related activities - process control plan, daily drive quality issues, problem solving real time, track quality performance and handling of non-conforming products.
    • Handling of customer complaint - prepare 8-D or response to customer
    • Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans
    • Documentation and procedure compliance
    • Data Analysis and statistical Process control
    • Process control and audit
    • Qualification Activities

    In this role you will

    • Improve quality for Wafer Cell - reduce CARs amount, dppm
    • Improve 8D response time for customer
    • Reduce weekly open CARs
