The Role

Our customers demand excellence and Master Data Management is critical to achieving it.  Entegris has an exciting opportunity for a detail oriented, results driven Master Data Specialist who will play a critical role on a global team committed to Excellence!

You will be responsible for processing new material creation and change management tasks related to maintaining master data elements associated with Materials Planning and Production Master Data.  Equally as critical, you will be responsible for sustaining data quality to uphold the manufacturing plan integrity.  In line with our values, which is fostering teamwork, you will collaborate globally and cross functionally with Buyers, Planners, Engineers, Manufacturing Managers, and Product Managers.


Come help plan, manufacture and deliver the products that help produce some of the most important semiconductor devices in the world!

In this role you will

  • Understand end-to-end data flows and data dependencies relating to Material Master Data, Production Data and Routings;
  • Develop, implement, and maintain technical standards (drawings, parts descriptions) and processes related to Master Data Management;
  • Perform tasks related to creation and change management of materials using ECR/ECO process; and perform ongoing data quality management of Material Master Data, Production Data and Routings;
  • Perform review of requests for accuracy and compliance to established processes and standards;
  • Develop, implement, and execute standard quality assurance reports/metrics that ensure ongoing data integrity and process speed;
  • Drive action and own accountability for metric performance.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree from an accredited university highly preferred;
  • 3 years of experience in Master Data Administration, Analysis, Business Process Analytics, or related field; particularly with material master elements, manufacturing bills of material, manufacturing routings/standards, ERP/MRP systems and PLM required;
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel skills related to pivot tables, vLookups, and graphs required;
  • Experience using SAP preferred;
  • Requires excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple task completions timely and effectively;
  • Requires strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
