The Role

We are excited to bring eager, talented students on board and provide them with an unparalleled internship experience. 

Entegris is looking for a high-energy, planning guru, with a track record of getting stuff done to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern.  The TA Intern will be responsible for driving the Summer Internship Program, helping jump-start our Social Media campaign, and organizing our applicant tracking system (iCIMS).

In this role you will

  • Partners with Sr. Director and TA Specialist to manage all campus recruiting activities and initiatives;
  • Review the college recruiting sections of competitors’ websites and suggest improvements to your organizations website;
  • Drive our Social Media platforms by researching best practices and most successful companies;
  • Update school information files and create an intern database;
  • Assist with preparations for fall recruiting;
  • Act as the go-to person for interns with questions or concerns;
  • Assist with intern orientation, create welcome packets and manage intern activities and trainings (confirm speakers, schedule rooms, order food, send reminders, etc.);
  • Create and manage all program activities and distribute to interns, managers, and mentors;
  • Determine a creative way for all interns across the US to connect in one place;
  • Conduct intern focus groups with the TA management team;
  • Set up/coordinate the end of program presentations (schedule, publicize, and handle all tasks associated with presentations) and update campus presentation materials;
  • Conduct the intern hiring process survey and write a summary of the results;
  • Send out exit interview surveys, conduct exit interviews, and write a summary of the results;
  • Partners with TA Specialist on system administration of the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), ensuring all candidate and requisition information is updated and accurate.
