The Role

The Global Internal Audit Manager is responsible for standardizing and maintenance of the Entegris auditing program to comply with Entegris Quality Operating System (EQOS) ISO 9001 as well as other ISO quality standards Entegris is or decides to be registered to. The manager will establish appropriate business processes and administer the system to schedule and record Process, Quality System, external and internal audits across Entegris manufacturing sites worldwide.


In this role you will

  • Ensure that audit business processes are documented and consistent across Entegris facilities. This includes training and certification requirements for internal lead auditors and internal process auditors.
  • Quality systems and process checklists are established and deployed
  • Audit Manager collaborates with Site Quality managers to establish schedules within the system on a yearly cadence as well as ensuring the identified auditors are properly trained.
  • Audit manager delivers metrics related to audit completion, audit CAPA closure rates, and global CAPA paretos.
  • Establish and maintain a global database that will store all audit results and track all gaps and opportunities to closure.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

  • Certified Lead Auditor
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Auditing functionality
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with an ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sciences, Quality, or related field
  • Proficiency in working with the Windows platform and Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to facilitate successful presentations and training programs to individuals and/or large groups at all levels of the organization.
