The Role

Entegris is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to provide key financial and decision support to the Vice President of Global Logistics. You will work closely with many Global Logistics professionals, Division & Business Unit leaders and Product Management teams to help establish and achieve financial plans and goals, playing a highly visible role within a global organization.


You will serve as the financial partner to the Global Logistics team, helping them drive cost savings while ensuring product availability and regulatory compliance. You will be working closely with Logistics professional located in the United States, Europe and Asia.


You will be a key source of information to Product Managers and Division Finance peers to help them to understand and manage their logistics costs and achieve profitability goals. To be successful, you will need to be comfortable communicating to a diverse group of professionals, both in person and remotely using the latest audio and video conferencing technology. This position reports to the Finance Director, EBS.


In this role you will

Business Support

  • Partner with Global Logistics team to identify, execute and track cost savings initiatives
  • Collaborates with business leaders on new business opportunities; provides analysis related to cost and gross margin
  • Quantify financial implications of regulatory changes
  • Educates personnel on financial concepts and accounting principles

Reporting, Analysis and Systems

  • Works with cross functional, global personnel to complete key reporting and product standard cost inputs 
  • Analyzes effect of changes in business conditions and communicates impact on cost structure and profitability
  • Develops and demonstrates a high skill level in the use of financial systems
  • Insures that the structure of reporting, analysis and financial-related processes align to established processes and procedures

Planning and Forecasting

  • Supports the quarterly forecast, annual operating plan and long range strategic plan processes
  • Assists in preparing and inputting budgets and forecasts
  • Participate in demand forecast process improvement initiatives
  • Participates in the annual process for establishing product standard costs in ERP system (SAP)
  • Compares financial projections to plans and recommends strategy changes as appropriate


  • Partner with Global Logistics team to ensure all financial controls are properly executed, especially inventories in facilities managed by Global Logistics personnel
  • Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in a Financial Analyst or Accounting role in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and internal control concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic global environment 
  • Confidence to communicate opinions to, and influence decisions of, diverse business partners in various geographies
  • Proactive, future-looking, positive attitude
  • Proficient, to advanced, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills; ability to summarize and clearly communicate financial analysis to non-financial business partners
  • Competence in dealing with very confidential data and information
