Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams from manufacturing sites to premier levels of performance. Project Manager will lead the team by developing a strong Management Operating System supported by an integrated project plan to drive high schedule and cost fidelity, to achieve program goals. Project Manager will establish the project plan development methodology, Risk analysis, and recurring/non-recurring task lists. Project Manager will generate for schedule fidelity, project cost/expense budgeting and other ad-hoc reports. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal/conflict resolution abilities and work group facilitation skills. This role requires interacting with business and technology teams, operations, executives and engineering team. Strong product development and program leadership experience, work ethics and can-do attitude are the must-have requirements.
