The Role

Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams from manufacturing sites to premier levels of performance. Project Manager will lead the team by developing a strong Management Operating System supported by an integrated project plan to drive high schedule and cost fidelity, to achieve program goals. Project Manager will establish the project plan development methodology, Risk analysis, and recurring/non-recurring task lists.  Project Manager will generate for schedule fidelity, project cost/expense budgeting and other ad-hoc reports. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal/conflict resolution abilities and work group facilitation skills. This role requires interacting with business and technology teams, operations, executives and engineering team. Strong product development and program leadership experience, work ethics and can-do attitude are the must-have requirements.

In this role you will

  • Develop detailed project plans and present project reviews to the management.
  • Generate periodic project tracking and reporting. Interfaces between Engineering, Manufacturing, site procurement, partnering suppliers, customers and other key functional groups to develop, generate, and execute program plans to transition products. Understands project critical path, schedule compression, and project recovery techniques. 
  • Generate project schedule variance reports. Responsible for generating schedule performance pareto analysis and executing corrective action across all functional organizations.
  • Project budgets for capital and direct charge departments including schedules, variance analysis and reporting. 
  • Lead formal project business and technical risk assessments and provide risk mitigation plans for decision making. 
  • Lead weekly project status reviews with Entegris team members and program team. Update and maintain project documentation, RAILs, project schedules and hold people accountable for their deliverables. 
  • Support the building and leading of an effective, high performing cross-functional team. Serve as a focal point with all internal departments. 
  • Phase Exit reviews to achieve organizational alignment, obtain resources and budgets. Responsible for ensuring the project team communicates with senior management in written and oral presentations with the necessary information and supporting analysis to make the appropriate business decisions. Responsible for documenting, distribution, following-up on project information to senior leadership 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline, Master’s Degree/MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in directly related field and preferably from large MNC’s.


  • Ability to handle multiple projects/customers/priorities with minimum supervision under challenging conditions.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Effective facilitator, coach, and trainer.
  • Ability to multi-task and assess priorities in a complex and demanding environment.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong program management skills. PMP Certification preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified preferred. Required to have certification within first 12 months if needed.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 45%.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including the management and delegation of appropriate tasks to technical and non-technical support staff with appropriate business justification to generate motivation. 
  • Resolve conflicts caused by competing priorities/metrics between various Entegris projects/sites and suppliers to reach acceptable levels of team consensus while maintaining project schedules and financial metrics. 
  • Working under general supervision, performs a wide range of assignments using mature judgment and expertise to develop solutions to specified problems. Interacts with all levels of the organization and the supply base. Meets or exceeds objectives in cost savings, quality, delivery, & service.
  • Demonstrated business development skills such as: ability to scope a project, estimate resource requirements, and personnel management with strong functional background in: Financials, Contracts, Managing People (Direct and Indirect) and Manufacturing (New Product Development/ Process /Equipment /Sites transfers, etc.)
