Entegris Korea looking for GPS Buyer & Planer in Jang Ahn factory

Responsibilities

  • Support SOP process by analyzing site capacities against demand plan for GPS product lines to identify bottlenecks
  • Ensure system planning parameters are maintained for accurate MRP and MPS signals. Factory production scheduling and optimization, and product availability management for distribution centers and customers
  • Creating and managing work order for productions to satisfy the safety stock guidance as well as to maximize the production yield.
  • Intercompany & Contractor order management with distribution centers and other factories with strong collaboration
  • Taking the key role in ERP system maintenance and generating needed system transactions in the area of factory demand and supply planning, production scheduling, and order fulfillment areas. Support customer fulfillment with respected customer service teams
  • Review and distribute production, purchase order receipt and shipment schedules
  • Compile reports on KPI`s values with production and purchased parts
  • Maintain system files and provide customers/customer service with status updates relative to production schedules and ship date promises
  • Coordinate material needs directly with Production and inside/outside supplier personnel to ensure proper material flow to meet production schedules
  • Communicate with facility personnel and customers to coordinate processing and shipping requirements and resolution of service issues
  • Review documents, such as production schedules, work order shortages, need to order reports and open purchase order reports and to obtain information, such as materials, priorities, and personnel requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree (Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business), +3 years of procurement, product availability planning, factory planning and logistics, customer fulfillment experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven history of implementing continuous improvements in a planning, production scheduling, and customer logistics environment
  • Easily builds cross-functional relationships with other members on the team
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with ERP system(SAP) and MS Office applications
  • +3 years of experience in collaboration with overseas contacts in multinational company environment

  • Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Knowledge of work orders, inventory control and flow manufacturing processes
  • Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with ERP system(SAP) and MS Office applications
  • Progressive approach toward implementing new, efficient and improved systems and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to bring a high commitment to success, cooperate with others, accept responsibility and account for actions, work effectively with all types of people in a plant environment, possess a positive attitude, be cautiously assertive, energetic, dependable, honest and thorough
