    The Role

    Entegris is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, Korea to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team and base in Suwon, Korea.  This position will be responsible for staffing all positions in Korea and supporting global recruiting projects and initiatives.  The ideal candidate will enjoy the thrill of the search and introducing our opportunities to candidates in all functions of the company. Strong phone skills are imperative to success.  Join an experienced team of talent acquisition to provide strategic recruiting services to a high- tech, fast growing business.

    In this role you will

    • Develop an understanding of our business and develop relationships with the hiring managers in the local functions;
    • Create strategic sourcing plans for all open positions that include reaching out to passive candidate pools;
    • Full life cycle recruiting: writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, feedback and closing;
    • Coach interview teams in successful selection practices;
    • Accurate tracking of all candidates in the process for the purpose of reporting and pipelining.

    Traits we believe make a strong candidate

    • Experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high tech environment;
    • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers to find the right talent in a timely manner;
    • Demonstrated success in both corporate and contingency recruiting;
    • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and web based recruiting tools;
    • Ability to assess available candidate pools and provide feedback to hiring managers based on market conditions;
    • Experience in offer negotiation and closing;
    • Knowledge of chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industries a plus.
