Overview

Entegris is seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of Supply Chain Solutions Director.  The position will be based in either Billerica, Massachusetts or Chaska, Minnesota as best suits the selected candidate.

 

The ideal candidate will have the expertise to shape supply chain strategy and develop a world class procurement organization integrated with our divisional supply chains in a growth business.

 

This high profile position will enable Entegris’ global supply chain and business objectives to be achieved, while satisfying some of the world’s largest and most demanding semiconductor customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish best-in-class culture and performance for the Global Procurement organization;
  • Cultivate internal and external relationships, translating customer requirements into state-of-the-art strategies in support of new and existing business objectives;
  • Lead team to digitize our supply chain by driving systems decisions and embedding advanced analytics;
  • Launch the market intelligence and benchmarking approach for the organization, enabling reporting of comprehensive supply chain business intelligence;
  • Drive a Procurement Council to collaboratively establish global supply chain policies, processes and best practices to be consistently applied across all sites;
  • Proactively evaluate supply chain risks as part of overseeing the risk and controls program;
  • Be the focal point for supply chain integration of mergers and acquisitions;
  • Travel globally to business sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading a world class organization delivering value added capabilities and accelerated results;
  • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum, with an MBA degree preferred;
  • Outstanding collaboration skills, including managing across functions and companies with the objective to achieve optimal results;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage senior management, build relationships and drive improved performance;
  • Direct experience with complex change management processes in a global environment, with semiconductor supply chain experience a plus;
  • Knowledge in leading edge approaches to supply chain market intelligence, advanced analytics and systems;
  • Experience in supply chain health, sustainability and risk mitigation;
  • A passion for winning as a team, achieving results and a desire for continued success in a growth environment.
