Overview

Entegris is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the fluid handling operations team and provide overall operational leadership for the Munmak site.

 

The ideal candidate for this position is a strong leader with a history of demonstrated success in plastic manufacturing operations.  This position will require building strong working relationships across the organization to solve and execute technical and manufacturing solutions related to manufacturing cycle time, cost, quality and product yield, for fluid handling products.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accountability for the safety, quality, cost, throughput and delivery of manufacturing operations
  • Provides direction and prioritization to personnel regarding planning, scheduling, manufacturing engineering, quality control, inventory control and distribution/shipping;
  • Leads or participants in cross-functional teams to resolve customer supply and quality issues and drives sustainable process improvements;
  • Develops and manages manufacturing performance objectives driving operational improvement;
  • Guides and supports new product transition activities from engineering to volume production;

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field; Master’s degree preferred;
  • 15+ years manufacturing or operations experience, with continuously increasing responsibility and oversight; injection molding manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Management and development of manufacturing and operations personnel;
  • Proven experience leading cross functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certification desirable.
