Overview

This technical leadership position will have tremendous visibility within the company, leading efforts to solve our customers’ most challenging problems and sell new opportunities.  This role provides the technical selling energy for all new products, providing leadership for launches, and Product development commercialization efforts as well as guidance for technical support of Entegris’ ADM process solutions globally. 

Responsibilities

  • Primary role will be to lead a Global team of ADM technical sales experts supporting global ADM products promotion, evaluation and technical support
  • Guide R&D to develop new products that will meet customer CTC
  • Work with BU Product managers to achieve product commercialization
  • Insure quality support for commercialized products and evaluation samples
  • Own customer evaluations to ensure sharp execution so benefits of the results are aligned with customer buying motives and presented in a professional manner;
  • Creating plans and actions to drive revenue and share growth for Entegris’ ADM process solutions globally
  • Ensure/ provide the right level of technical and application support during customer qualifications and also support account managers on product presentations and technical discussions; 
  • Work with the Advance Deposition Business Unit and account managers to identify, develop, and prioritize the opportunities using Entegris’ value selling process to lead discovery and advocating phases of the selling process;
  • Maintain customer installed CVD, ALD, and metallization tools and Entegris product database(s);
  • Lead a team that conduct regular reviews with customers to understand their ongoing needs and work with account managers to arrive at account management plan;
  • Establish intimate customer relationships, becoming “Go to” deposition technical resource for the customers in the region;
  • Leading a team that train customers and fellow colleagues on relevant process solutions knowledge;
  • Take ownership of product positioning, and life cycle management to maintain our market share;
  • Participate in regular business review meetings with the ADM leadership team and represent the region / platform in both local and global opportunity reviews;
  • Drive, participate and advise technical oriented customer roadmap discussions
  • Work with other functional teams such as Account Managers, Supply Chain, CTO< Quality, and Product Marketing etc. to support customers’ requirements and operations;
  • Travel within U.S, Europe, Asia and other global locations will be necessary to support account managers.
  • Cross-product teamwork to resolve CVD, ALD, and metillization process issues, discovering opportunities for Surface material applications, while supporting liquid filtration/purification opportunities and issue resolution.
  • Work with Marketing communications for product launches, technical roadshows and product promotion globally

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent technical field required; Master’s degree is a plus
  • 10+ years managing experience for applications and R&D engineers
  • 10+ years of experience as an ADM equipment/process engineer/technologist in a wafer fab environment or a semiconductor equipment company required;
  • Experience with Gas, liquid, solids Films processing Systems as well as high purity gas/liquid chemical delivery systems and filtration
  • Knowledge of SPC systems and Design of Experiments techniques and solid experience with Microsoft software suite
  • 5+ years sales experience preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present technical presentations;
  • Excellent English speaking skills
  • Global semiconductor experience

  • Thorough understanding of CVD, ALD, and metallization equipment and process
  • Thorough understanding of high purity liquid and gas delivery systems, as well as filtration requirements and issues
