Overview

Entegris is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to take a leadership role in managing our rapidly growing Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) product portfolio, working with customers, partners and cross-functional Entegris teams.  This individual will serve as the commercial lead for new products being developed through the company’s new product introduction process.  This key position is also responsible for helping to create a vision for ADM New Product Development and execute key program initiatives.  This role is based in our R&D facility in Danbury, CT.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Entegris sales team to create, prioritize and execute New Product Development strategy based on key customer needs;
  • Own and execute on ADM’s sampling program in Danbury, CT;
  • Create “should be” cost models for new materials and develop cost of ownership models along with Entegris R&D team;
  • Collaborate with ADM scientists on internal R&D programs and manage key OEM/IDM development activities;
  • Manage key internal development programs jointly with ADM R&D team;
  • Define and execute product strategy including product roadmaps;
  • Develop comprehensive product data packages along with the Advanced Materials Learning Curve (AMLC) Program Manager, R&D, and Global Metrology team;
  • Manage phase gate process of new products from concept & feasibility through pilot release, meeting time to market, revenue and profitability targets
  • Work with internal departments (Engineering, Central Marketing, EH&S) to create product content and design.

Qualifications

  • Advanced technical degree (i.e. chemistry, materials science), MBA is a plus;
  • Ideal background in semiconductor fab process engineering, equipment engineering or in R&D with semiconductor chemicals, preferably for ALD or CVD;
  • Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology and how materials impact those processes and resulting thin film;
  • DFFS and/or Six Sigma experience is a plus;
  • Experience with managing a technical product line.
