Overview

Entegris is seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for creating plans and actions to drive revenue and market share growth for Entegris' Hynix business in Korea. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating plans and actions to drive revenue and market share growth for Entegris’ Hynix business in Korea;
  • Work as an account team member to identify, develop, and prioritize the opportunities using Entegris value selling process to lead the Discovering, Advocating, and Supporting phases of the selling process;
  • Work closely with each account manager of Hynix to ensure evaluations lead to business closure;
  • Own customer evaluations to ensure sharp execution and that the benefits of the results are aligned with customers task (buying) motives and presented in a professionally manner.  Ensure and provide the right level of technical and application support during customer qualifications;
  • Lead and collaborate with a wide variety of functional groups including Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, and R&D to accomplish new product penetration into customers for Entegris process solutions;
  • Work with Product Marketing, R&D, and Engineering to promote and execute Continuous Improvement Initiatives to enhance values and process efficiencies of exiting Entegris process solutions at customer sites;
  • Participate in the Most Valuable Opportunities (MVO) and responsible for achieve promotion goal;
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers to understand their needs and work with key account manager to devise account penetration management plan;
  • Train customers and fellow colleagues on relevant process solutions knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.  Master’s degree is a plus; 
  • At least 7 years of experience with a solid knowledge in surface preparation, post etch clean, Cu plating, CMP, and Post CMP clean related to Cu dual-damascene and Deposition;
  • At least 2 years of experience as a sales or a project manager;
  • Excellent written and oral communications in English;
  • Strong project management and communication skills are required;
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal groups and external customers;
  • Knowing Hynix employees will be a big plus for sales activities.  Especially, in the area of post etch clean, post CMP clean, Cu plating and implant/Deposition. Also, it will be beneficial to be knowledgeable in memory and LSI at the same time.
