Overview

Entegris is seeking a Quality Engineer for Implant gas process located at JangAn factory. This position will drive quality as a value throughout the organization in support of Entegris products by using quality tools for continuous improvement. This position requires the ability to build relationships externally sometimes. You’ll mainly work for quality engineering job for Implant gas and may follow up another process. Responsibilities

  • Job Responsibility / Task

 

In a condition of understanding of Implant gas process _

  • Develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems
  • Leads 8D Problem Solving Teams in the failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective and preventative action activities for manufacturing defect resolution.
  • Authors, and analyzes the results of, validation and qualification protocols for products, processes, and equipment; generates, analyzes, and reports on the levels of product quality within the assigned manufacturing areas, including Pareto, Statistical Process Control, and Process Capability Studies
  • Authors and/or reviews Standard Operating Processes, work instructions, test specifications, and other documents for accuracy (Microsoft Office).
  • Develops and maintains audit functions (product, process, and operating system) ensuring quality systems and products are consistent with internal documentation, standards, and customer requirements.
  • Manage the Certificate of Analysis process.
  • Partner with Quality Systems Manager to ensure ISO certification is maintained in good standing.
  • Verify customer complaints and approve implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Selects, develops, and coaches quality technician or engineering personnel to ensure job responsibilities and quality projects are completed to all standards and within timing goals.
  • Facilitates Material Review Board activities and oversees dispositions of non-conforming product.

Qualifications

  • Education

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering or technical field

 

  • Experience/Skill

 

  • 5 years minimum experience in a quality role of Implant gas industry including knowledge of implant gas cylinder.
  • Fluent customer communication skill
  • Experience with applicable quality tools such as Pareto, FMEA’s, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, 8D problem solving methodology
  • Understanding of requirements associated with the ISO 9001quality standard.
  • Fulfills the role of Guide for Customer Audits.
  • Six Sigma Green belt minimum
