Overview

The position is responsible for assigned account, focus on sales & marketing plans in order to maximize revenue, profit and market share growth, execution of new product/solution strategies, resulting in corporate recognition as the premier supplier of technology. Liaison with internal and external customers to deliver key information correctly to achieve goal efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates responsibility for assigned accounts, and acts as a key team member drive on generating visible business growth and accumulating intangible assets coincided with values of Company at the prioritized account
  • Understands and foresees customer’s business and technology road map and drives internal teams for continuous improvement and development, in terms of new product performance and quality, establishing technical edge and market competitiveness for attaining or maintaining critical supplier position, and for maximizing revenue, profit and market share growth at accounts
  • Understands corporate business division and sales and marketing operation goals, to develop and execute account strategy plan to achieve sales objectives with the support from team
  • Implements account sales rolling forecast, be sure accurate from understanding business trend at accounts.
  • Develops and maintains senior level industry effective connections and relationships to dig out new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Good written and oral communication in English & Korean skills are essential
  • Proven communication, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write sales report, perform business presentation, and introduce primary product
  • Large account management experience in semi-conductor industry or related OEM market is preferred
  • Rich Experience of Business growth and development during a sales career period
  • A BS or above degree in an engineering or chemistry major, with 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, at least 2 years sales experience.
