Overview

Entegris is seeking a Business Process Leader, MRP for our Chaska, MN facility. The MRP Business Process Leader is responsible for the collaborative development, enhancement of best practice business processes, implementation of new functionality, and support of SAP MRP, Rescheduling, ATP and Stock Transport Orders. This position will be the Champion for this functional area and will work directly with business leaders to understand their needs and provide functional solutions and business process optimization. Candidates should have direct SAP MRP and Supply Chain support experience.

 

What You Need for this Position:

 

More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:

  • SAP MRP, Rescheduling, ATP and Stock Transport Orders (STOs)
  • Process Design and Technical Specification
  • Workflow Development
  • Implementations and Upgrades
  • Project Management

 

The MRP Business Process Leader will collaboratively identify and coordinate with IT on SAP and other process solutions including requirement gatherings, business blueprinting, design, process documentation, coordinating testing & training in the areas of SAP MRP and associated operational areas in a global manufacturing and supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

Solutions to Business Needs:

 

  • Works with the Business in identifying best practice processes, problems and anticipating needs.
  • Researches, develops, and proposes both short and long term solutions to SAP and other business process requirements.
  • Author complex cross functional process workflows
  • Develop and submit technical specifications to IT
  • Works closely with IT technical staff and/or outside resources to determine technical solutions and/or applications to meet the identified requirements.
  • Coordinate with IT configuration of the SAP system.
  • Participate in and sometimes lead global development projects as needed

 

Support:

 

  • Supports MRP, Rescheduling, ATP and STO functionality; evaluates system requirements and implements solutions and coordinates testing of released changes.
  • Responsible for knowledge transfer and training for the business for new applications.
  • Acts as the escalation point for troubleshooting issues with stable business applications.

 

Communication:

 

  • Creates and documents strategies; and develops, coordinates and executes standards, policies, methods and procedures for MRP, Rescheduling, ATP and Stock Transport business functionality across the global organization.
  • Communicates status of activities.
  • Participates in change control processes.
  • Maintains appropriate documentation of applications and business processes.
  • Shares knowledge with peers and others and supports knowledge management efforts.
  • Develop and coach super user community through regular meetings and communication

 

Continuous Improvement:

 

  • Continuously evaluates new technology, functionality, and procedures to enhance and improve Entegris’ processes.

 

Candidates must demonstrate an ability to define business system requirements. They must be capable of independently gathering and documenting requirements, able to deliver complex transactional and process training including curriculum and program development. May lead or assist in leading global projects.  Work is performed under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations or Computer Science
  • Five plus years of SAP MRP, Rescheduling and ATP experience in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Previous involvement in the expansion or optimization of an ERP system required with focus on Process Improvement.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, potentially up to 50% during more complex projects.
